Website and evaluation terms

These terms apply when a business uses inclusiveeq.com or an authorised evaluation. For paid services, a signed order form, onboarding schedule, data-processing agreement or other commercial terms may add to or replace parts of these terms.

About these terms

Inclusive IT Solutions Ltd provides InclusiveEQ. By using restricted evaluation features, you agree to these terms and confirm that you have authority to act for the business you represent.

Business use

The website and evaluation are intended for business customers, including managed service providers and their authorised personnel. They are not offered as a consumer service.

Evaluation access

The standard evaluation runs for a 30-day period unless we agree otherwise in writing. It is free, includes every feature and needs no payment card.

Access starts when we enable the account. Nothing is charged when the evaluation ends unless you choose a paid plan. An evaluation does not guarantee continued access after it ends.

Acceptable use

You must use the service lawfully, and only for estates, tenants and systems you are authorised to manage.

You must not:

• probe or bypass security
• interfere with how the service operates
• introduce malicious material
• scrape restricted content
• misuse another organisation’s data
• use outputs as a substitute for professional legal, regulatory or security judgement

Accounts and security

You are responsible for:

• keeping credentials confidential
• using appropriate access controls
• telling us promptly about suspected unauthorised access

You must not share restricted access outside your authorised team.

Intellectual property

Inclusive IT Solutions Ltd and its licensors keep ownership of the service, software, site content, brands, designs and documentation.

We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use enabled evaluation features for internal business evaluation during the permitted period.

Availability and changes

Features may change during an evaluation. We may maintain, suspend, withdraw or replace features where reasonably needed for security, reliability, legal compliance or product development.

We do not promise that evaluation access will always be uninterrupted or free of errors.

Charges

Current UK launch prices are shown on the website and exclude VAT. An order form confirms the final scope, the billing unit you choose, add-ons, taxes, renewal and payment terms.

If a signed order form conflicts with website pricing or these general terms, the signed order form takes priority.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow that. Subject to that, the applicable order terms set out detailed warranties, exclusions, service commitments and liability limits for paid use.

Evaluation material should be checked independently before you rely on it for a client, security or compliance decision.

Ending access

You may stop using an evaluation at any time.

We may suspend or end access if:

• the period expires
• you breach these terms
• continued access creates a security or legal risk
• we withdraw the evaluation

When access ends, you must stop using restricted materials and follow any reasonable return or deletion instructions.

Governing law

The law of England and Wales governs these terms. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any different dispute process agreed in signed commercial terms.
