Website and preview terms
These terms apply when a business uses inclusiveeq.com, an authorised preview or a trial. A signed order form, onboarding schedule, data-processing agreement or other commercial terms may add to or replace parts of these terms for paid services.
About these terms
InclusiveEQ is provided by Inclusive IT Solutions Ltd. By using restricted preview or trial features, you confirm that you have authority to act for the business you represent and agree to these terms.
Business use
The website, preview and trial are intended for business customers, including managed service providers and their authorised personnel. They are not offered as a consumer service.
Trial access
The standard trial period is a 30-day evaluation unless we agree otherwise in writing. Trial access starts when we enable the onboarding workflow or account. A trial may have technical or operational limits explained during onboarding and does not guarantee continued or paid access after the trial ends.
Acceptable use
You must use the service lawfully and only for estates, tenants and systems you are authorised to manage. You must not probe or bypass security, interfere with service operation, introduce malicious material, scrape restricted content, misuse another organisation’s data, or use outputs as a substitute for professional legal, regulatory or security judgement.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for keeping credentials and preview passphrases confidential, using appropriate access controls, and telling us promptly about suspected unauthorised access. You must not share restricted access outside your authorised team.
Intellectual property
Inclusive IT Solutions Ltd and its licensors retain ownership of the service, software, site content, brands, designs and documentation. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use enabled preview or trial features for internal business evaluation during the permitted period.
Availability and changes
Preview and trial features may be incomplete and may change. We may maintain, suspend, withdraw or replace features where reasonably needed for security, reliability, legal compliance or product development. We do not promise that preview or trial access will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Charges
Current indicative MSP platform and AssureEQ prices are shown on the protected site. Final scope, volume band, taxes, billing, renewal and payment terms are confirmed during onboarding or in an order form. A signed order form takes priority if it conflicts with website pricing or these general terms.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow that. Subject to that, detailed warranties, exclusions, service commitments and liability limits for paid use are set out in the applicable order terms. Preview and trial material is supplied for evaluation and should be independently checked before you rely on it for a client, security or compliance decision.
Ending access
You may stop using the preview or trial at any time. We may suspend or end access if the period expires, you breach these terms, continued access creates a security or legal risk, or we withdraw the preview. On ending, you must stop using restricted materials and follow any reasonable return or deletion instructions.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any different dispute process agreed in signed commercial terms.
