Two things to buy. Command, and everything Core knows.
Command is the console your technicians live in — service desk, endpoints, automation and governed remote sessions. Core is the intelligence underneath it: licence and cost, remediation, security posture. Buy either on its own, or both; neither one requires the other. Fix, Nexus, Prism and Secure are the modules inside Core; Assure is a separate add-on. Command is the first card below.
Buy Command
One console. Every client. Every ticket.
The console your technicians work in — service desk, endpoints, automation and governed remote sessions.
Command is where the day actually happens. One attention queue across the whole book instead of one dashboard per client. A service desk with the machinery behind it — SLA policies you author, business hours the clock actually respects, routing that puts work on the right team at intake, an on-call rota that gets paged. An asset view that tells you what is connected rather than what last checked in. Automation, patching and background tools that run under approval and rollback. Remote control no technician can start without a linked ticket, a named consent and a recording. And it is priced on your team and nothing else: $67.99 per technician per month, with no charge attached to any device, so the Command line moves when you hire and at no other time.
Operating signals
- A real service desk underneath it: SLA policies per client, channel and priority, business-hours calendars, top-down routing, on-call rotas and an escalation trail that survives a dispute
- Governed remote control — consent, capability-by-capability grants, mandatory recording and a verified close
- Automation, patching and background tools with approval, preview and rollback on every action
- A device workspace that keeps performance, software, patch state, security findings and compliance controls on one record
In Core
Know what every client is actually paying for.
Find licence waste, end-of-life risk and billing drift across every client — agentlessly.
Connect a client's tenant and Nexus reads the licensing, lifecycle and billing signal without touching a single endpoint. No rollout, no change window, no conversation with the client's IT lead about installing something. You can show a prospect their wasted spend in the first meeting, and show an existing client exactly why their renewal quote is what it is.
Operating signals
- Unused, duplicated and over-specified licences, per client
- Renewal dates and end-of-life warnings far enough ahead to act on
- Billing drift between what a client is licensed for and what they use
- One list across the whole book — not one vendor portal per client
In Core
Recover the spend without a risky change window.
Turn the findings into approved, reversible savings your client can see on the invoice.
Every saving Prism proposes arrives with the reason, the number and a way back. Your technician approves it, the change is recorded, and the client gets a saving with an audit trail attached — which is the difference between a saving and an argument at the next QBR.
Operating signals
- Approve or reject each proposed saving before anything moves
- Reversible changes with a recorded rollback path
- The commercial rationale attached to every action, ready for the client review
- AWS and Azure cost compared in one view when a client asks which to move to
In Core
Give your technicians their afternoon back.
Detect and resolve repeat endpoint issues before they become tickets.
Most of your ticket volume is the same handful of faults, on repeat, across every client. Fix spots the pattern, applies the remediation you've already approved, and keeps the fix so it runs itself next time — on the next machine, and on the next client. Your L1 queue gets shorter without you hiring another L1.
Operating signals
- Recurring faults identified across the whole book, not one client at a time
- Remediation that runs without a technician touching the device
- Approval and rollback on every action, with a record of who authorised it
- A fix proven on one client reused across the rest
In Core
Know the state of every endpoint you're responsible for.
Endpoint, identity and email posture in one view — and the hardening work that follows from it.
Secure watches the things a client assumes you're already watching — disk encryption, firewall and AV state, patch and vulnerability exposure, identity and email risk — and turns them into hardening work under the same approval and rollback controls as everything else. When a client asks whether they're secure, you have an answer with a date on it instead of a spreadsheet from March.
Operating signals
- BitLocker, firewall and AV state on every managed device
- Vulnerability and baseline drift, scored so your techs work the top of the list
- Identity and email threat signal alongside the endpoint picture
- Hardening actions with the same approval and rollback controls as the rest of the platform
Separate add-on
Turn the posture you already hold into evidence.
Map live posture to Cyber Essentials, ISO 27001, NIST CSF and SOC 2 evidence.
Assure reuses the posture and change history the platform is already collecting and maps it to the control catalogue, so readiness stops being a six-week spreadsheet scramble every renewal. Your client's assessor gets an evidence pack. You get a repeatable service line you can sell across the book.
Operating signals
- Live posture mapped to each control, per client organisation
- Gaps ranked, with the remediation work needed to close them
- Assessor-ready evidence packs your client submits themselves
- Every framework included in the one price — Cyber Essentials, CE+, ISO 27001, NIST CSF and SOC 2, with nothing extra to unlock
Commercial outcomes
From estate signal to client value.
InclusiveEQ follows one operating sequence: expose the opportunity, act with control, then keep proof of the result.
Commercial control
Recover margin
See where licence waste, lifecycle risk and billing drift are eroding margin—then turn reviewed findings into controlled optimisation work.
- Whole-book commercial visibility
- Approved, reversible savings actions
Operational control
Reduce tickets and risk
Connect recurring endpoint friction to the security posture around it, then use supported responses that remain approved and traceable.
- Earlier visibility of repeat endpoint issues
- One view across endpoint, identity, email and posture
Assurance control
Prove posture
Keep live posture and change evidence connected, then map it to recognised frameworks for client and assessor readiness.
- Evidence mapped across recognised frameworks
- A continuing view of each client estate
Trust is an operating property
Control the data, the action and the evidence.
UK workload regions
Core workloads run in AWS London and Azure UK South.
Product-owned telemetry
Tenant-fenced product stores keep telemetry with the product that owns it.
Controlled execution
Supported automated actions are approved, traceable and reversible.
Scoped optimisation
Federated and pseudonymised processing is used where the optimisation path requires it.
Simple by design
Command per technician. Core per endpoint. Buy either, or both.
Command bills per technician; Core and Core+ bill per managed endpoint on a marginal taper. Each market uses its fixed local-currency price book.
InclusiveEQ Command
RMM, PSA and remote control for your technicians.
$67.99 per technician / month
Command only — no device charge on this line
Command bills for your team, not your devices. Add Core separately when you want the intelligence layer beneath it.
Command Vault
Your technicians reach a client's credentials from the ticket they're already working — without a password ever appearing on an InclusiveEQ screen.
Command Vault gives every enabled technician a governed route into client credentials. A dedicated Bitwarden vault, isolated to your MSP, holds the actual secret; Command holds the ticket, the justification and the approval. Routine credentials open in one click once Command has confirmed access. Anything flagged privileged — domain admin, firewall, backup — needs a ticket, a reason and a time-boxed approval before Command unlocks it, and every grant, view and revocation is logged against the session that requested it.
- Routine credentials open in one click once access is confirmed; privileged ones need a ticket, a reason and a time-boxed approval first
- Every grant, view and revocation logged against the technician, the client and the ticket that requested it
- No password, key or secret note is ever stored or displayed inside InclusiveEQ — Bitwarden holds the secret, Command holds the evidence
Command Vault + PIM swaps Command's own approval step for your Microsoft Entra PIM: your technician self-activates through Entra, and your Conditional Access, MFA and approval policy decide. Command still won't open the vault until Entra confirms the activation.
Five-technician minimum, priced per enabled technician. Command Vault's rates are not published here — ask us and we will quote them.
InclusiveEQ Core
Core rates are marginal: each rate applies only to the endpoints inside its range, avoiding volume cliffs.
Core carries Fix, Prism, Nexus and Secure's posture layer — drift-aware Cyber Readiness scoring, hardening actions and the remediation queue. Core+ carries Secure's deeper waves too: security-awareness training for your clients' people, and a faster response workflow when posture drift turns into an active incident. No locked screens, no upgrade-to-unlock, and nothing that ships in Core ever moves into Core+.
Core+ adds the deeper Secure waves and uses the same marginal taper.
Managed endpoints are counted once a month and once across the whole quote; the exact count is agreed before invoicing.
Buy both, and the endpoint rate drops 10%.
Take Command and Core together and 10% comes off the Core or Core+ endpoint rate. The technician fee is unchanged.
Endpoint protection — Bitdefender, from $1.99 per protected endpoint / month
Add it to any Core or Core+ subscription, or keep the AV you already sell.
Assure — $67.99 per client organisation / month; every framework included
A separate gate, added per client, not across the book.
Already own a PSA, an AV or a VPN?
You don't buy it twice. Bring your own and it comes off the quote as a credit line rather than an entitlement you have to argue about.
Three ways to contract. One choice per quote.
